1. Introduction #

Artify Themes provides free and premium WordPress themes. By purchasing a subscription, downloading, or using any of our WordPress themes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice, and you can review the latest version on this page.

2. Theme Updates #

Our products are regularly updated to ensure compatibility with the latest stable version of WordPress and other relevant platforms. Premium product updates are available only to active subscribers during their subscription period. Free theme updates will always remain available to all users.

3. Browser Compatibility #

Our themes support all modern web browsers, including but not limited to Firefox, Safari, Chrome (PC & Mac), and Internet Explorer 10 and above.

4. Product Licensing#

All our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You may use purchased themes on multiple websites. Upon purchasing a theme or plugin from Artify Themes, you will receive a license key required for support and automatic updates. The license remains valid for one year, after which it must be renewed to continue receiving updates and support.

5. Warranty #

We guarantee that our products will function on the latest stable version of the respective platforms. However, we do not provide warranties for issues arising due to third-party software (e.g., WordPress plugins) or modifications made to the theme files. Support requests related to modified themes or third-party conflicts may be declined.

6. Theme Subscription #

All premium themes come with an initial one-year subscription. This allows access to updates and private support forums for one year from the purchase date. After one year, you must renew your subscription to continue receiving updates and support.

7. Theme Support #

Theme support covers assistance with installation, configuration, minor modifications, and general troubleshooting. We do not provide extensive customization, additional feature development, or support for third-party plugins.

Support is available via email from Monday to Friday. While we may occasionally respond on weekends, responses are not guaranteed. Due to time zone differences, immediate support may not always be possible, but we aim to respond within 24 hours during business days. Support is not provided through comments, social media, or other unofficial channels.

8. Theme Compatibility #

We ensure that our themes remain compatible with the latest WordPress versions. Our themes are designed for WordPress 4.1 or higher. Running older versions may result in functionality issues. The minimum system requirements match WordPress requirements (PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0). Refer to WordPress Requirements for details.

9. 15-Day Refund Policy #

As Artify Themes offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. Before issuing a refund, our support team will attempt to resolve any issues. If we are unable to fix the issue and you remain dissatisfied, we will process a refund.

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Verified bugs or theme defects.
  • Site crashes due to theme activation (subject to verification by our team).
  • If the product is “not as described” and differs significantly from the demo or item description.

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:

  • Accidental purchases of the wrong theme.
  • Personal preference after purchase.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Renewals and upgrades (only the initial purchase is refundable).
  • Discontinuation of theme usage.
  • Lack of expertise in using WordPress or the theme.
  • Failure to contact support for issue resolution before requesting a refund.
  • Conflicts with third-party plugins, hosting issues, or other external factors.

Since our products come with demos, documentation, and feature comparison tables, we strongly encourage reviewing them before making a purchase, as refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction post-purchase.

10. Price Changes #

Artify Themes reserves the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plan or product at any time without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Links #

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or take responsibility for these external sites or their data-handling practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before engagement.

12. Ownership and Liability #

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any Artify Themes product, whether modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of Artify Themes (https://artifythemes.com).
